Trade Description Act

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However, while colour reproduction is a close representation, light colour variations in the actual goods may occur.

Orders

Payment for orders is to be made at the point of sale, and not at the point of despatch. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

By making a purchase, you specifically authorise Anna Casa Interiors Ltd to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, Anna Casa Interiors Ltd cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. Please supply us with a telephone number and/or email address so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order.

Cancellation Of Order

You have the right to cancel your order. However, if the order has been processed and shipped by the warehouse, it will not be possible for us to intervene / stop shipment. You will need to follow the standard returns procedure. Please contact customer services directly on info@annacasa.net for further information.

Returns/Refunds

You are entitled to a product refund up to 21 days from the despatch of goods. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and complete with original packaging and swing tag(s) attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please send us an email to info@annacasa.net with your refund/exchange request.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail or a reputable logistics company which we can recommend and ask you retain the receipt so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit from you. Any import duties and other taxes that may arise for shipping any returned items to us will need to be covered by you. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Anna Casa Interiors Ltd as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 21 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. We will post a confirmation once the refund has been made.

Withdrawal of Products

We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.

Legal Statement

Anna Casa Interiors Ltd total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Anna Casa Interiors Ltd to the customer. Anna Casa Interiors Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way. Anna Casa Interiors Ltd cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue or on the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Confidentiality

We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply our ‘mailing information’ to third parties but do use it to advise our clients of goods and services we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing.

Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency. We prefer you to use the secure transaction services to make credit card transactions since this service is completely independent of our organisation and your credit card details are not divulged to us at any time.

The prices prevailing at the time of despatch (which may change without notice) will apply to all orders.

Instructions & Magnets In Jewellery

Each Il Centimetro bracelet is created from top quality materials and by skilled craftsmen and women. Although water-resistant, it is advisable not to soak the bracelet in water or any other liquid and try not to pull the clasp apart to open it – it is best to lift it – Please contact customer services directly on info@annacasa.net for further information.

Our bracelets are made to the highest possible safety standards and contain magnets within the clasp. Please note the following guidelines regarding the use of magnets in jewellery.

Magnets are safe and non-invasive but should be kept away from:

  • Pregnant women
  • Babies under two and young children
  • Those fitted with pacemakers or any other medical devices or implants
  • Anyone working with high voltage machinery
  • After surgery, because magnets may interfere with the healing process.
  • Any other electrical appliances as their magnetic fields may interfere which each other.
